This plan is for parents wanting to take a proactive approach to sleep. I will introduce a good foundation for sleep just as your child develops the skills needed to begin learning to sleep longer through the night.
I will take into consideration that babies at this age are starting to live, and each of them is different. I will be careful to address varying feeding needs and those having symptoms from colic, reflux or milk allergies common the first few months.
- A preliminary assessment of your newborn´s sleep habits and a comprehensive questionnaire about your baby´s sleep habits and routines that is completed prior to our meeting.
- A private 1:00 hour consultation where we will discuss strategies for implementing a healthy sleep plan for your baby including sleep expectations, tips for helping your baby to sleep what he needs, and encouraging independent sleep.
- A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you before our meeting. You will receive a step-by-step sleep plan with goals you can work towards that will teach your baby to fall asleep without "sleep props" how to handle naps, and bedtime routines.
- Follow on support. Support messages via WhatsApp for 1 month.

5 - 36 Months
This plan is for parents who want to establish correct sleep habits from an early age and avoid sleep problems in the future.
- A preliminary assessment of your baby´s sleep habits and a comprehensive questionnaire about your baby´s sleep habits and routines that is completed prior before our meeting.
- A private 1:00 hour consultation where we will discuss strategies for implementing a healthy sleep plan for your baby including sleep expectations, tips for helping your baby to sleep what he needs, and encouraging independent sleep.
- A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you before our meeting. You will receive a step-by-step sleep plan with goals you can work towards that will teach your baby to fall asleep without "sleep props" how to handle naps, and bedtime routines.

- A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you before our meeting. You will receive a step-by-step sleep plan with goals you can work towards that will teach your child to fall asleep without "sleep props" how to handle naps (if applicable), and bedtime routines.
- 10 days of follow up WhatsApp support to ensure you are successful with the implementation of your sleep plan. This begins the day you start your sleep plan.

The cost of multiple is simply the package based on age of the oldest child plus an extra for each additional child.
